Divorce and Custody Battles Are Tough. When High-Conflict Co-Parents are Involved, the Struggle Becomes Even Harder. I’m Here to Help You Navigate the Journey with Clarity, Strength, and Strategy.
You Don’t Have to Face This Alone.
We’re Here to Guide You Every Step of the Way.
Separation, Divorce, and Custody Battles Can Feel Overwhelming
Going through a separation or custody battle is already a monumental challenge. But when you’re faced with a high-conflict co-parent determined to undermine your every move, the journey becomes even more emotionally draining. The isolation, shame, and constant stress can feel unbearable, especially when you don’t have the right support.
I understand this struggle deeply. After over a decade of dealing with post-separation abuse and the emotional chaos of high-conflict custody battles, I know how it feels to be verbally attacked, manipulated, and forced to send my child into harmful situations. I’ve lived through the darkest moments of this process.
But here’s the truth: You don’t have to face this alone.
I walked that path and learned from my mistakes, and now, I’m here to guide you through it with the support you need to get to the other side.
As a Certified High-Conflict Divorce Coach, Post-Separation Abuse Specialist, and Resilience Mentor for Women, I offer a combination of strategic coaching, emotional regulation, and mindfulness to help you regain your peace and emotional clarity.
Through my programs, including The Antidote Moms Method®, I empower women to shift from surviving to thriving. Together, we’ll turn your ex-partner’s attacks into opportunities, allowing you to show up as the strong, resilient mother you are. This journey isn’t just about surviving—it’s about creating a powerful transformation for both you and your children.
You don’t have to walk this path alone! Let’s work together to build the clarity, strength, and confidence you need to move forward—so you can reclaim control and peace in your life.
